Scope of the Project
This application is built to keep track of all enquiries sent by the customers, consultants and the Company. The emails that were being sent were unstructured and could be parsed in a much organized fashion. A better technology could be used for sending notifications to the user about changes being made in the server based on their designation as listed on the database.
